Background technology

Ethanol is widely used in energy, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries, because of the existence of the lowest constant boiling point of ethanol-water system, so the use of ordinary methods of distillation of ethanol, its content will not be greater than 95.57, must be switched to other methods to further separation of anhydrous ethanol. The traditional azeotropic distillation and extractive distillation have formed a large-scale and highly mechanized anhydrous alcohol production process, but the energy consumption is high, and the entrainer or extractant will cause environmental pollution when the production is not operated properly.
