Process flow

Raw materials that meet the feed‑to‑membrane requirements are pumped into a preheater and then into an evaporator. After reaching a specified temperature, they enter the membrane separation unit in vapor form. The membrane separation unit consists of multiple membrane modules connected in series. Water and trace organic compounds in the feed permeate through the membrane modules from the upstream side to the downstream side, with the final stage on the upstream side yielding the product. On the downstream side, a combination of vacuum pumping and condensation is employed to establish a vapor‑partial‑pressure difference between the two sides of the membrane. The permeate vapor is drawn into a condenser by a vacuum system. The condensed permeate is discharged via a permeate pump for recovery and further treatment.
