On January 13, 2017, Jiutian High-Tech held its 2017 annual conference with great splendor at the Phoenix Rushan Lake City in Ma’anshan’s Country Garden. Company leaders and employees gathered together to reflect on 2016 and look ahead to 2017. The event was divided into two parts: a 2016 year-end summary and awards ceremony, followed by a 2017 Spring Festival gala.
At the summary and awards ceremony, General Manager Mr. Ji Zuhuan delivered the “Joint Efforts, Shared Success—2016 Annual Report,” providing a comprehensive review of the company’s achievements over the past year in production management, product development, technological innovation, market expansion, science-and‑technology projects, and after-sales service, while also identifying areas for improvement. He then set forth the key operational and managerial objectives for 2017, outlined ten specific action plans, and laid out a comprehensive roadmap for the company’s activities in the coming year. Following this, General Manager Ji announced the “Notice on Innovation Awards for 2016,” commending 11 employees who had spearheaded the company’s efforts in technological, managerial, and service innovation. Finally, he read out the “Decision on Commending Outstanding Employees and Excellent Managers for 2016,” recognizing and rewarding 14 exemplary employees and 3 outstanding managers whose contributions in 2016 were particularly noteworthy. The company called on all staff to emulate their dedication, enterprising spirit, sense of responsibility, and commitment to continuous innovation, thereby making even greater contributions to Jiutian’s ongoing development. At the conclusion of the ceremony, Chairman Mr. Qing Tian addressed the audience, noting that 2017 would bring both opportunities and challenges. With the new year marking a fresh start, he urged all employees to uphold and further cultivate a spirit of bold determination and relentless progress, approaching their work with renewed vigor and a pragmatic approach. He encouraged everyone to grow and develop alongside Jiutian High-Tech, advancing together and creating lasting success.
During the Spring Festival Gala, a dazzling array of performances took center stage—crosstalk, skits, stand-up comedy, dance numbers, and vocal renditions—along with interactive games. The venue was filled with waves of laughter and applause, while the atmosphere remained electric throughout. The raffle‑and‑prize segment, in particular, sent excitement soaring, as more than 60 winners were selected across the special, first-, second-, third-, and fourth‑place categories, bringing the overall prize‑winning rate to over 50 percent. To cap off the evening, Chairman Qing Tian presented an additional special award, pushing the event to an even higher peak of enthusiasm.
This year’s annual conference marks Jiutian High-Tech’s fifth major event. 2017 marks a new beginning, as the entire company stands united and moves forward hand in hand, harnessing everyone’s confidence and courage to forge a powerful force, stride boldly ahead, and write an even brighter future.
