At this specialized project delivery training session, the project’s technical lead presented a detailed solution in the form of a presentation and provided an in-depth analysis of the key and challenging aspects of the process flow. Sales personnel, technical staff, and after-sales service representatives who attended the training leveraged the presentation materials to deepen their understanding of the relevant product knowledge on the manufacturing floor and engaged in active discussions, thereby laying a solid foundation for the smooth delivery of the project and for subsequent installation and commissioning services.
