To broaden employees’ perspectives, refine work processes, enhance productivity, strengthen internal communication and team cohesion, and elevate management skills and capabilities, from December 15 to 17, 2018, the company’s General Manager, Ji Zuhuan, personally led mid- and senior-level managers, along with all members of the Engineering and Sales departments, on an innovative off-site team-building retreat in Gaochun.
This team-building program featured a variety of formats and a rich array of activities. It included classroom instruction and hands-on training on topics such as “teamwork” and “business etiquette,” as well as group exercises designed to strengthen collaborative skills, including “Speedy Assembly,” “Desert Gold Rush,” “Charades,” and evening entertainment. Through these diverse team‑building activities, colleagues deepened their communication and trust, while enhancing their awareness of and ability to work effectively as a team.
Through this team‑building exercise, General Manager Ji Zuhuan set forth clear expectations for future work, urging all employees to embody the principles of sincerity, dedication, collaboration, and innovation. He emphasized that these four guiding tenets must be put into practice in their daily tasks, with a thorough understanding of the spirit of the training, so as to elevate the company’s management standards and its capacity for teamwork to a new level.
On the afternoon of the 17th, following the successful conclusion of the team-building exercise, everyone returned to Nanjing by bus.
