On January 27, 2016, Jiutian High-Tech held its 2016 annual conference in grand style at the Hezuo Hotel, bringing together company leaders and employees to reflect on 2015 and look ahead to 2016. The event was divided into two parts: a 2015 summary and awards ceremony, followed by a 2016 Spring Festival gala.
At the summary and awards ceremony, General Manager Mr. Ji Zuhuan delivered the “2015 Annual Report on General Management,” outlining the company’s steady progress in tackling challenges, driving innovation, and comprehensively advancing key initiatives. He provided a thorough review of the company’s achievements over the past year across production management, product development, technological innovation, market expansion, R&D projects, and after-sales service, while also identifying areas for improvement. Focusing on three priority pillars—enhancing innovation capabilities, ensuring product quality, and reducing overall costs—the report laid out a comprehensive plan for 2016. Following this, General Manager Ji announced the “Notice on the 2015 Innovation Awards,” recognizing ten employees who have spearheaded technological, managerial, and service innovations within the company. Finally, he read aloud the “Decision on Commending Outstanding Employees and Excellent Managers for 2015,” honoring 14 exceptional employees and four exemplary managers whose performance stood out during the year. The company called on all staff to emulate their dedication, enterprising spirit, sense of responsibility, and commitment to continuous innovation, thereby contributing even more to Jiutian’s ongoing growth. Concluding the ceremony, Chairman Qing Tian addressed the audience, emphasizing that 2016 is a year brimming with promise and opportunity, yet also one fraught with significant challenges and demanding tasks given the current domestic environment. He urged all employees to uphold the corporate ethos of “innovation, efficiency, integrity, and excellence,” assuring them that Jiutian’s future will be brighter than ever.
During the Spring Festival Gala, a dazzling array of performances took center stage—crosstalk, skits, stand-up comedy, dance numbers, vocal renditions, and interactive games—filling the venue with waves of laughter and applause. The atmosphere reached a fever pitch during the prize‑drawing segment, where more than 60 winners were announced across the special, first, second, third, and fourth prizes, achieving a prize‑winning rate of over 50 percent. In closing, the gala concluded on a high note with the heartfelt song “Tomorrow Will Be Better,” performed by colleagues from the Jiutian Excellence and Water Treatment Divisions.
This year’s annual conference marks the fourth edition of Jiutian High-Tech’s flagship event. 2016 represents a new starting point, and we are confident that, with the concerted efforts of all Jiutian employees, the company’s growth will continue to flourish.
