Celebrating the May Fourth Basketball Friendship Tournament

On the eve of the May Fourth Youth Day, in commemoration of the May Fourth Movement and to foster mutual understanding among Young Communist League members, enhance communication and collaboration among young members, enrich their recreational activities, deepen their knowledge of sports theory, and build team spirit, the Youth League Committee of Jiutian High-Tech Company and the Youth League Committee of the Pukou Economic Development Zone jointly organized a basketball tournament at the Development Zone Management Committee’s basketball court on April 29.
On the basketball court, every player was full of fighting spirit and confidence, strictly adhering to the rules of the game. They followed instructions, respected the referees, and upheld the sporting ethos of “friendship first, competition second” and “faster, higher, stronger.” Despite the sweltering heat, all teams remained highly motivated, engaging in intense clashes and fierce contests, showcasing genuine skill, true camaraderie, and authentic sportsmanship. Off the court, every spectator acted as a cheerleader, shouting encouragement and rallying support for their team, demonstrating the youthful energy and vitality of the youth league members, highlighting the dynamism of young people, and strengthening the unity and cohesion within the group while deepening exchanges, cooperation, and friendship with the management committee.
