Background technique

Isopropanol can form an azeotrope with water (water content 12.6wt%) in addition to water. Traditional isopropanol production and recovery use azeotropic distillation and extraction processes , high energy consumption, serious pollution, and molecular sieve adsorption dehydration cannot be applied industrially due to too high water content. Pervaporation technology can significantly improve separation efficiency and reduce process energy consumption.
