Building defenses through “drama” and preparing for emergencies through “training,” Fengkeda has conducted emergency evacuation drills and fire‑response exercises!
2025-05-28
At the national level As the 24th National Safety Production Month approaches, in order to implement the spirit of Document No. 1 (2025) issued by the Nanjing Municipal Safety Committee Office, Fengkeda Group organized an emergency evacuation drill on May 28, effectively strengthening its fire safety defenses. During the preparatory training phase, emphasis was placed on studying the “Nanjing Municipal Plan for Strengthening Fire Safety Publicity and Education” and the newly revised “Jiangsu Province Fire Protection Regulations,” while practical case studies were used to underscore the identification and elimination of fire hazards, as well as key fire safety considerations specific to the company.
All employees gained a clearer and more profound understanding of fire safety through the training. During the simulated fire‑evacuation drill pre‑arranged by the company’s Safety Department, staff followed the designated escape routes, promptly covered their mouths and noses with wet towels, bent low, and swiftly and orderly evacuated along the designated evacuation corridors.
Subsequently, the company’s safety officer conducted a hands-on demonstration on-site, guiding employees to take turns using fire extinguishers to put out a simulated fire. The entire drill unfolded in a tense yet orderly manner: personnel evacuated swiftly with no one left behind, and the extinguishing procedures were carried out in strict accordance with standards—quick, efficient, and decisive!
This exercise, conducted through realistic, combat‑oriented training, achieved three core objectives:
Assess emergency response capabilities : Effectively validated employees’ on-the-spot adaptability and the team’s level of coordinated collaboration in emergency scenarios, while identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities in the emergency response process.
Enhance response effectiveness Through end-to-end simulation exercises, the company has significantly enhanced its emergency response efficiency in handling unforeseen incidents, shortened the time frame from early warning to response, and strengthened interdepartmental coordination mechanisms.
Enhance the prevention and control system Focusing on fire prevention and control, the exercise comprehensively assessed core capabilities such as fire‑facility operation, evacuation guidance, and initial fire suppression, further strengthening the safety defense line of “prevention first, with integration of prevention and extinguishment,” thereby maximizing the protection of both human life and corporate assets.
