“With the Jade Rabbit bidding farewell to the old spring and ushering in a new year, the Dragon soars forth, bringing fresh vitality and a renewed spirit!” Under the theme “Unite Hearts and Pool Strength, Create Brilliance Together,” Fengkeda’s 2023 Awards Ceremony and 2024 Spring Festival Gala were solemnly held on February 2, 2024, at the Mingfa Jiangwan Hot Spring Grand Hotel. All employees of the Fengkeda Group gathered together, welcoming the approaching Year of the Jia Chen—the Year of the Dragon—in an atmosphere brimming with festivity, joy, and harmony.

The annual meeting commenced with a New Year address delivered by Mr. Qing Tian, Chairman and General Manager of the Group. This was followed by a comprehensive review of the company’s development journey since its inception, presented by Executive Deputy General Manager Mr. Jiao Jianhai, who also analyzed the current business landscape and outlined prospects and plans for future growth. In addition, heartfelt gratitude was extended to all employees who have stood by the company through thick and thin, with the hope that everyone will continue to work hand in hand, press ahead with renewed vigor, and successfully achieve the strategic objectives for 2024.

As we bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new, the company honored the exceptional rising stars, exemplary employees, and outstanding teams that emerged throughout 2023. As a key component of this annual meeting, the company signed the 2024 Performance Responsibility Agreement with the Business Center, clearly defining the company’s annual business objectives, assigning accountability, and fostering a spirit of shared responsibility and collective effort.
With the electrifying dragon‑dance performance “Dragon Soars to the Heavens” kicking off the event, the Fengkeda Spring Festival Gala officially began! The Business Center raised the dragon high, sending best wishes that Fengkeda’s 2024 will soar like a mighty dragon. During this year’s gala, each department presented a dazzling array of acts—ranging from dance and solo singing to choral performances, recitations, three‑line skits, and even miniature puppet dances—each more captivating than the last. The program was richly varied and thoroughly entertaining, while the thrilling prize‑draw segment kept the excitement building, driving the celebration to one exhilarating climax after another.
The New Year gala not only brought laughter and joy to everyone, but also drew the employees closer together. Laughter, applause, and cheers filled the venue throughout, with the event reaching one thrilling climax after another, showcasing the happiness and harmony of the Fengkedda family.
