Job Description
1. Responsible for managing and executing overseas sales operations, achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
2. Lead or participate in international project bidding, responsible for preparing commercial proposals, quotation documents, and other business-related materials, and representing the company in cross-border business negotiations.
3. Responsible for tracking and managing market project information within the designated region, facilitating the execution of sales contracts, and ensuring timely collection of payments.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with new overseas clients, enhance customer satisfaction, and establish long-term, stable international partnerships.
5. Promote the rollout of new products in overseas markets and identify business opportunities in emerging industries and application areas.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in spoken English, capable of communicating with international clients, preparing English-language bid documents, and conducting business negotiations.
2. Associate’s degree or higher; candidates with majors in Chemical Engineering and Technology, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Environmental Engineering, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
3. Candidates must have at least 5 years of sales experience; those with a background in project‑based sales in overseas markets are preferred, as are applicants with proven success in international projects within the chemical, petroleum, environmental protection, semiconductor, or new energy sectors.
4. Possesses exceptional cross-cultural communication skills and market insight, demonstrates a strong team spirit, is proactive, and is able to adapt to international travel.
