Regional Sales Manager

Job Description
1. Based on market conditions and the company’s strategic objectives, manage the entire sales process and achieve the sales plans and targets for the assigned sales territory.
2. Participate in project bidding, prepare commercial proposals, documentation, and quotations, and conduct business negotiations.
3. Responsible for tracking market project information within the designated region, signing sales contracts, and following up on sales collections.
4. Develop and maintain new customers within the region, and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Analyze project and client requirements, and propose solutions or improvement plans.
6. Launch new products and develop new customer needs and emerging industries.
7. Stay abreast of market trends and developments, conduct timely market analysis and research on competitors, and provide support for the company’s decision-making.
8. Complete tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Chemical Engineering and Technology, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Environmental Engineering, or Marketing;
2. At least 5 years of sales experience in the chemical, petroleum, environmental protection, semiconductor, and new energy industries, with a track record of successful sales cases.
3. Prior experience working at a project-based sales company is preferred.
4. Candidates should have a solid background in chemical engineering or experience in sales of membrane‑related products and water‑treatment equipment, with a strong understanding of product performance and process technologies, and familiarity with the market‑sales landscape. Preference will be given to applicants who bring existing industry‑specific or related contacts.
5. Possesses strong communication and analytical skills; demonstrates a team-oriented mindset, is proactive, and is willing to travel.
