Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Design the PID diagram for the membrane separation unit.
2. Provide detailed and comprehensive process design documentation;
3. Complete material and energy balances, and calculate equipment and piping parameters.
4. Provide the equipment piping schedule and the equipment condition diagram.
5. Provide the instrumentation and automatic control specification table;
6. Provide equipment layout drawings and piping layout drawings;
7. Familiar with various chemical engineering design codes, as well as heat exchange process calculations and the properties of common chemical solvents.
8. Able to prepare equipment specification diagrams and instrument specification tables.
Qualifications for the Position
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2–3+ years of experience in chemical process design.
3. Possesses a strong sense of teamwork and a collaborative spirit.
